Make a Reservation

Once you have a current Use Agreement on file with the IGC Conference Center, you are free to reserve Conference Center space. Requests for conference center space must be submitted to the Conference Center on State Form #45292. That form is available online in both a Word and PDF format. Links to both versions of the form are provided below.

Evening/weekend/after hours conferences are approved on a limited basis only. The building will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays. At all other times, your access card will work in accordance with your approved access level.

In order to enter or exit the building when the building is locked, you must assign someone with a 24-hour access badge to let meeting attendees in and out of the building. To determine your I.D. badge access level, contact the Access Control Office at (317) 234-3875.

If you cannot download the Conference Center Reservation Request Form or the Use Agreement, please email the Conference Center at Conference@idoa.in.gov and request that an electronic version be sent to you. Alternatively, hard copies of these forms are available for pick up at the Conference Center.

Hard copies of the Room Reservation forms are also available for pick up at the Conference Center.
