- Complete and return your application. There is no processing fee. New applicants may schedule a consultation for assistance.
- Indiana applicants receive a site visit.
- Out-of-State applicants must be certified as an MBE/WBE in their home state and provide proof of certification and a home state site visit report.
- At the applicant's request, the certification application and accompanying documents will be sent to other certifying agencies.
Applications are processed within an average of 45 days.
