Our Objectives

    • Provide an outstanding level of service.
    • Offer support and assistance to internal and external customers.
    • Continuously strive for increased efficiency and development of process improvements.

Our Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain and supply training materials, sessions and solutions.
    • Provide support to state agencies having delegation of purchasing authority.
    • Maintain the PeopleSoft item file and bidder registration information.
    • Act as a functional resource in purchasing software applications and technology-related projects.
    • Assist the IDOA Public Works, Strategic Sourcing, Travel Division and Vendor Management functions and initiatives.
