The Indiana Department of Transportation, through the Indiana Department of Administration, is offering +/- 0.233 acres of vacant land located at the northeast corner of State Road 39 and State Road 42 in Monrovia, Indiana.

Environmental Condition

Analytical results of soil and groundwater samples for the parcel located at 10 E. Main Street (INDOT Code 4348-2) identified the presence of chemicals of concern that have entered the site due to a leaking underground storage tank associated with an adjacent gas station at the northwest corner of State Road 39 and State Road 42.

Limited Access

Please Note: The subject parcel currently has limited public access or right of entry. The buyer will be responsible for gaining legal access to the property. Ingress/Egress permits may be submitted to the Department of Transportation and approved or denied at the agency’s sole discretion.  No assurance of such a permit is expressed or implied.
