The Indiana Department of Transportation, through the Indiana Department of Administration, is offering a former INDOT maintenance facility situated on the north side of US Route 52, west of the City of Rushville, on 2.625 acres of land. The Pre-Engineered Steel Structure building is 6,000 square feet.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to road salt being stored behind the facility building, NaCL (Sodium Chloride) leached into the surrounding subsurface through surface runoff and infiltration, thus contaminating the soil and groundwater.

When submitting a sealed bid submittal form, please keep in mind that the form is the only information needed on the due date, no money is due unless you are the winning bidder.
