Per Executive Order 05-21, "all [state government] fleet vehicles based in Indianapolis that are capable of using Ethanol-85 are directed to refuel with E-85 at the designated City-State refueling site whenever possible."
Re-fueling state E-85 flexible fuel vehicles is convenient, cost-effective, and easy. The state has an agreement with the City of Indianapolis for use of the city's E-85 pumps, located at 1736 S. West St., just south of the Indiana Government Center. The pumps are available 24 hours.
A second City-State E-85 refueling tank for fleet vehicles is located at 2700 S. Belmont Ave., past the City Garage on Collection Ave. Special thanks to the State of Indiana Energy Group, the City of Indianapolis Fleet Management Services and the State Motor Pool for making this site a reality.
