Executive Order 05-21 states that "all state agencies are required to set up an area to facilitate the re-use of gently-used office supplies by July 1, 2005." The print-ready signs below have been created to help make it easy for people to use the Green Reuse Room.
If you find that certain items accumulate, or if your agency is in need of items that other agencies would be willing to donate for your reuse, ask your agency's Green Room coordinator to join the State's Agency Green Room Exchange self-serve email list.

This email list is by approved subscription only and is for the exclusive use of Indiana State Government agencies to facilitate exchanges of gently used office supplies between state government agencies for state use.
