All larger laser printer and copier toner cartridges must be a part of the closed-loop recycling and re-purchase program specified by Indiana's Quantity Purchase Agreement established with the Hopewell Center.

When changing a cartridge, take the new cartridge box and place the used cartridge in the now empty box. A location should be designated in your agency for storage of empties, as the vendor will probably pick them up when new cartridges are delivered to your department.

If the vendor does not directly pick up the used cartridges from your agency when delivering new cartridges, take boxed empty cartridges to the IGC East Dock and put with other cartridges under the appropriate sign.

This program is only for specific models of toner and laserjet cartridges. Typewriter ribbons, empty dry-toner bottles, and inkjet cartridges are not included in this particular program.

For complete laser/copier toner cartridge program details, contact your Agency Greening Coordinator or Lee Small at (765) 642-4319 or via email at cartridgeking@hopewellcenter.org
