Within Indiana there are three (3) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Districts that administer the Section 404 regulatory program: Louisville, Detroit, and Chicago.

Applicants for a Department of the Army Section 404 permit need to coordinate with and submit an application to the Corps District in which the project will occur.
