Environmental Assistance Follow-Up Survey

Thank you for recently utilizing the services provided by IDEM’s environmental assistance program in the Office of Pollution Prevention & Technical Assistance (OPPTA)! OPPTA's goal is to provide high-quality technical assistance on environmental compliance, pollution prevention, recycling and community environmental health and education issues. Whether you called us to ask a question, met with us personally, or attended a workshop, we hope you found the experience worthwhile. To ensure we continue to be effective in the services we provide, we need your input on how your particular experience went.
