Environmental Education


The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) provides outreach education to schools and groups around the state. IDEM is committed to educating Indiana's children and adults on environmental processes and issues. IDEM does this by providing programs designed to bring environmental education to schools, educators and students around the state of Indiana.

Earth Day 2015

The registration for IDEMs Earth Day Presentation for Schools has begun and will go until February 27, 2015. There is no cost for the interactive presentations [DOC] and they are available for grades K-6. Topics for Earth Day are: air, land and water quality, recycling, and Enviroquiz. Earth Day 2015 dates are April 6-17, 2015. To sign up, please fill out the Earth Day State Form.
