The IDEM Rules site has been updated to reflect the consolidation of the former Air Pollution Control, Water Pollution Control, and Solid Waste Management boards into the new Environmental Rules Board (ERB). If you would like to receive electronic notification of ERB activities, you will need to sign up for IN.gov Subscriptions. If you have already requested information from any of the former boards, you will need to update your subscriptions to receive notifications about the ERB.
The following board calendars are available to provided tentative dates for upcoming meetings, and packets for those meetings. Every effort is made to keep these calendars up to date, but consider these dates as tentative. Check regularly closer to the date of board meetings to be sure a meeting is happening / has not been cancelled.

All Environmental Rules Board meetings are held at the Indiana Government Center South in Conference Center Room A at 1:30 PM, unless otherwise noted.
