Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) Status Update Reports as of March 31, 2011

Copies of the third Quarter Fiscal Year 2011 ELTF Reports submitted to the Financial Assurance Board are provided. The reports include status updates of claims received and claims processed through the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2011, as well as annual summaries from Fiscal Year 2005 to the current Fiscal Year. Also included are copies of the Revenue and Expense Report Summary for the current Fiscal year and an annual summary beginning in July 1, 2005.
