  • U.S. EPA Commitment to Public Involvement: The U.S. EPA is working to increase public involvement in all of its programs and has developed information to assist the public in understanding the different types of public involvement opportunities across the Agency.

It explains how public participation works in the RCRA permitting process (including corrective action), and how citizens, regulators, and industry can cooperate to make it work better.
