The following are public notice documents as they have appeared in the newspaper of largest circulation in the county in which the discharging facility resides. The draft permits will remain on public notice for a period of 30 days from the date at the top of the public notice document to allow for public comments. All public comments, or requests for extension of the comment period, must be submitted in writing to:

And must be received prior to the expiration of the public notice period.
The permits listed for final issuance will remain open for appeal for a period of 18 days. This period is available for the request of an adjudicatory hearing (appeal) of a permit being issued, not for public comment.
