The property encompasses four contiguous parcels of approximately 30 acres in an industrial/residential area, and is bordered by Wildcat Creek. Facilities include construction material and equipment storage, an office trailer, a truck scale, a garage, a building (demolished) used for vehicle repairs, painting, washing, and body work, a building used by a recreational vehicle/trailer dealership, a vacant lot/buffer zone for the residential neighborhood nearby, another vacant lot, a former gravel pit, two stationary asphalt batch plants, and an asphalt laboratory. After the removal of two aboveground storage tanks and investigation of the soils, no soils tested above cleanup goals, therefore, no active remediation was warranted. | |
