A Phase II Investigation was completed following the removal of a heating oil underground storage tank (UST) located on the eastern portion of the site. The applicant installed nine groundwater-monitoring wells, which were monitored on a quarterly basis for one year. All of the soil and groundwater samples met the 1996 VRP Tier II Nonresidential closure levels. The facility is currently an inactive TV/radio station. No remediation was performed at the site. | |
