Upcoming Compliance Due Dates

  • June 15:
    • Second quarter payment due for NPDES Annual Bill, if paying in quarterly installments.
  • June 30:
    • Wastewater operator certification renewal applications due (certifications expire every two years).
    • Drinking water operator certification renewal applications due (certifications expire every two years).

Under a U.S. EPA grant, the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) has developed NetDMR, a free tool that allows facilities permitted under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) to electronically submit their discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) online. NetDMR may be used by NPDES and IDEM-issued Pretreatment (IWP) permit holders that are required to submit DMRs. Permittees must first receive the appropriate training before they may request and receive permission to use NetDMR. Facilities that choose to utilize this electronic submittal system will benefit from a more efficient reporting method and will have easier access to important DMR-related information.
