• Goodwill Education Initiatives proposing schools in Kokomo, Lafayette, Muncie, Johnson County, and Hancock/Shelby County
• Heritage Institute of Arts and Technology proposing a school in Merrillville
• The Indiana Distance and Electronic Learning Academy, LLC proposing a statewide virtual school
