Mission

The Board for the Coordination of Programs Serving Vulnerable Individuals (BCPSVI) was established in Indana Code 4-23-30.2. The purpose of the board is to develop an implementation plan to evaluate and address disproportionate representation of youth of color in Indiana’s juvenile justice, child welfare, education and mental health service systems.
