How to File a Complaint
Use this on-form for submitting a complaint to the ICRC. If you encounter problems working with this form you might be better served to call The Commission at 1-800-628-2909. The time frame to submit housing complaints is 1 year while all other types of complaints must be submitted within 180 days of incident.
Based on the information you submit, an Intake Specialist will consider your allegations and may contact you for further information. You will not have a complaint on file until a Complaint Form is signed, dated, and returned to our office.
After submitting, please do NOT use the back button, as doing so may cause duplicate complaints to be filed and may result in a delay in processing the complaint.
