Legacy Projects > The Official Tippecanoe Bicentennial Project The Official Tippecanoe Bicentennial Project

This multiple-faceted project includes the creation of two large, authentic EPICArt® murals depicting the Tippecanoe battle, installed and presented November 11 at the Indiana War Memorial Museum in Indianapolis and the Tippecanoe Battlefield Museum in Battle Ground. An exclusive behind-the-scenes video documentary on creating the murals will be produced. Both will be showcased during the “Tippecanoe and Indiana, Too!” Living History Weekend at the Tippecanoe Battlefield, November 11-13. November 11 will be designated Education Day for schools and families, and a dedicated educational website will provide free downloadable teacher packages, videos, animated maps, lesson plans, and reference material.
