The Heritage Apple Orchard is a chapter project that began five years ago and will finish in 2016. Each year apple trees have been added, including an antique tree from each of the original 13 colonies, plus a Johnny Appleseed descendant tree, and an Indiana Winter Banana tree from the Civil War period.
