Legacy Projects > Dixie Concert and Azalea Trail Family Walk Dixie Concert and Azalea Trail Family Walk

As we celebrate our Hoosier State’s 200th birthday, please join us for a lively Dixieland concert in Mount Vernon’s newly renovated Riverfront Park. Everyone is invited to attend this free outdoor concert with amphitheater seating. Enjoy this springtime event with friends and family and then cap off the afternoon with a walk along Mount Vernon’s two Azalea Trails. Mount Vernon has been honored with the designation of an Azalea City and we invite you to enjoy the beautiful azalea plantings and spring blossoms. Both trails begin at the Riverfront Park and wind through the business and historical district of Mount Vernon. We hope to see you April 16, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for an afternoon of music and outdoor fitness.
