Legacy Projects > Celebrating Our Past and Future with Trees! Celebrating Our Past and Future with Trees!

IN2Trees Celebrating our Past and Future with Trees will include a tree seedling giveaway with demonstration planting, advice from the IN2Trees arborist, planting demo by an Indiana Community Tree Steward, and distribution of the seedlings by an Indiana Girl Scout working on a badge. The giveaway will be held on April 23rd at the Forest Park Earth Day/Arbor Fest in Noblesville. Community visitors to the booth will not only receive Indiana native White Flowering Dogwood and Bur Oak Seedlings, they will benefit from tree advice offered by Pamela Dunn-Louks, ISA Certified Arborist and member of the Indiana Arborist Association, and owner of IN2Trees. Visitors to the booth will also learn about the value and benefits of trees in Indiana and why it is crucial to plant now for the future. Historical information on Indian trees will be available as a handout as well as the Tree Owner’s Manual booklet.
