Legacy Projects > One State, One Story – Indiana Bicentennial One State, One Story – Indiana Bicentennial

The Indiana State Library, along with partner organizations, will seek to inspire adults and children to read, discuss, and engage in activities focused on the Indiana Bicentennial by simultaneously reading the same book (or a similar story) through their local public library. This public library program is designed to coordinate with Indiana Bicentennial commemorations taking place in 2015-2016, especially those in public libraries, schools, museums, and historic sites.

This one book community engagement program will give libraries a format for participating in and getting their community engaged with Indiana Bicentennial activities.
