Legacy Projects > The Sullivan County Plat Book Project The Sullivan County Plat Book Project

The Sullivan County Plat Book Project is a fundraiser for Partners for Resources (P4R). All proceeds from the sale of books will be reinvested into community projects. The P4R board decided to celebrate the bicentennials of Carlisle, Sullivan County and the State of Indiana. Artwork will be created for the cover of the plat books to commemorate these anniversaries. The cover of the 2014-25 plat book will include the copy “Sullivan County, the Bicentennial County” Carlisle, 2015, State of Indiana, 2016 and Sullivan County, 2017.

The books will be distributed through the Sullivan County Auditor’s Office at the Courthouse, the Sullivan County Soil & Water Conservation District,  the Sullivan Daily Times, Farmersburg Town Hall and a couple of others.

Partners for Resources is a local Not-for-Profit which works to ”Build a Stronger Community”  All proceeds from the Plat Book will be reinvested into  P4R’s various community projects. Current projects include:

Cardinal Ritter Band Project
Recycling in Sullivan County
Streets of Sullivan, Main Street Group
Streets of Sullivan Downtown Enhancement Project
