Legacy Projects > Oakland City Reads “Indiana” Oakland City Reads “Indiana”

A video reading featuring the state poem. Residents of Oakland City will read lines of the state poem “Indiana.” Various locations will be used in order to show a broad perspective of life in Oakland City. The lines will be merged together to provide a seamless reading of the poem. The final video project will be posted online so many can access it. The project not only celebrates Indiana but it also will feature many spots around the city to provide a picture of small town Indiana life.
