Purchase of 130 acres of second growth hardwood forest in Brown County.  The property includes Brown Hill, a prominent ridge with views that extend for several miles.  The northern boundary of the property is formed by the North Fork of Salt Creek.  The property contains examples of 5 of the 6 major forest community types found in Brown County, including 3 types of dry-mesic.
