In order to receive an Indiana Bred Award, the breeder or stallion owner must have on file with the State of Indiana the following form:

Awards are processed twice a year - at the conclusion of each race meet. In order for these payments to arrive to you as soon as possible please make sure that your W-9 & Direct Deposit Vender Information form is on file with the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.
