Applications for Quarter Horse Registration
To obtain a registration application that is not provided below, please contact the Breed Development Office at (317)233-3119.
Breeding reports are to be submitted each year by December 1st. Please be sure to submit your reports.
- Foal Registration - 2013 - Registration applications are due 1 year from the foaling date!!! Late applicatoins will be subjected to a late fee!!!
- Foal Registration - 2012
- Mare Registration Application - 2014 - Registration applications are due July 1, 2013!!! Applications received after this deadline will result in the mare having to be bred back to a registered Indiana Stallion!!!
- Mare Registration Application - Foals of 2013
- Stallion Registration Application - 2014 - Registration applications are due Nov. 1, 2013!!! Applications received after will be subjected to a late fee!!!!
- Quarter Horse Embryo Foal Registration Application
- Quarter Horse Embryo Mare Registration Application
- Indiana Breed Development Identification Form - This form is to be used for Embryo Transfer recipent mares when the mares AQHA Papers, color photos, tattoo, or micro-chip is not available for identification. Markings are to be drawn on this sheet for mare identification and submitted to the Indiana Horse Racing Commission. An identifier must be on file with the Indiana Horse Racing Commission before the mares will be registered and inspected.
- Change of Residency Form - This form is to be submitted to the Indiana Horse Racing Commission if you move your Stallion, Mare or Foal to a new location. The IHRC must know where your horse is located during the required residency timeframe(s).
