Quarter Horse Breed Development
The Quarter Horse Breed Development program has been established to promote the breeding of Quarter Horses while stimulating the agri-buisness sector of the state's economy. The fund is administered by the IHRC Director of Breed Development. The Quarter Horse Breed Development Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Commission for possible uses of the funds.
