Thoroughbred Breed Development
Welcome to the Thoroughbred Breed Development Program!
The Thoroughbred Breed Development program was established to promote the breeding of Thoroughbred horses while stimulating the agri-business sector of the state's economy. The fund is administered by the IHRC Director of Breed Development. The Thoroughbred Breed Development Advisory Committee assists in this process by making recommendations to the Commission for possible uses of the funds.
