- Raffle Start and End Date:
- Sales of Raffle tickets begin at 4:30am, July 1, 2007 and ends at 12:00pmEDST (noon), August 16, 2007 OR upon the sale of the last available Raffle ticket, whichever occurs first.
- Eligibility:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Raffle ticket. Persons ineligible under Indiana Code 4-30-12 may not purchase a Raffle ticket.
- Details:
- There will be a total of 325,000 Raffle tickets available for sale and can be purchased anywhere Hoosier Lottery products are sold. Tickets will have a unique number from 00000001 to 00325000 from the terminal and will be issued in sequential order throughout the state. As a result, if a player buys more than one ticket at a time, the tickets may not be in consecutive sequential order. Players cannot pick their own numbers. No additional tickets will be available for purchase when all 325,000 tickets are sold. Tickets cannot be canceled.
- To win, you must match your number in exact order to the winning number drawn.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: You must present your original Raffle ticket to claim a prize and the raffle ticket number must match identically, in exact order, to the number drawn by the Hoosier Lottery.

All prizes will be a single lump sum payment representing the prize amount and are subject to federal and state taxes and any offset required by IC4-30-11-11.
- Prize Limits:
- Subject to the number of tickets and prizes available, there is no limit to the number of tickets purchased or prizes won.
- Drawing:
- The drawing will be conducted on August 16, and is subject to Lottery rules, regulations and state law. Winner need not be present to win.
- Are you a winner?:
- You can check to see if your Raffle Ticket is a winner by one of the following methods after August 16, 2007:
- Visit any participating Hoosier Lottery retailer and either look for the posted winning numbers or have them scan your ticket. (Please DO NOT surrender your ticket to the retailer. You MUST present your original Raffle ticket to claim a prize.)

- Prize Claims:
- Prizes may be claimed as follows:
- $1,000,000 and $100,000 prize winners – contact the Hoosier Lottery at 1-800-955-6886 or visit the Hoosier Lottery headquarters.
- $1,000 prize winners – Visit any Hoosier Lottery regional office or the Hoosier Lottery headquarters.
Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date. The prize winner will be required to complete a Winner Claim Form and any other documentation requested by the Lottery.
