The 2006 Indiana Conference for People with Disabilities,
"Seeking New Truths; Forging New Paths," will be held Thursday November 16 and Friday November 17 at the Westin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis.
Presenters include national speakers and workshops with cutting edge information for everyone including a special series of workshops for parents. There will be opportunities to network with other advocates, exhibitor's tables, drawings for door prizes, and plenty of fun at Thursday nights' Fiesta reception.
Families and people with disabilities receive a discounted registration fee and those on Social Security, SSI or TANF may apply for partial scholarships.
Scholarship applications are due October 9 and regular registration on November 6. Hotel reservations must be made by October 16.
