INDIANAPOLIS (January 26, 2006) ? Governor Mitch Daniels has concluded his review of the case of Marvin Bieghler and has denied his petition for clemency.

Biegler was sentenced to death in 1983 for the murders of two people, Tommy Miller and Kimberly Jane Miller, in 1981. Biegler is scheduled to be executed after midnight on January 27 at the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City.
