Healthy Indiana Plan

HIP > HIP Link > HIP Link Employer Information HIP Link Employer Information

Whether your business is large, small or mid-sized, or you are an employer with a fully insured or self-funded health plan, you may now be able to help your employees get coverage by participating in HIP Link, the state of Indiana’s new premium assistance program.

HIP Link is an optional leg of the new Healthy Indiana Plan that helps low-income Hoosiers afford their employer-sponsored health insurance plans. With HIP Link, you as an employer may be able to enroll more employees in your employer-sponsored insurance program, and help you meet health plan participation requirements. Additionally, small employers using the Health Insurance Marketplace may receive tax benefits.

In this time of massive insurance changes, complex legal mandates and economic hardship, HIP Link is an excellent opportunity – offering another benefit avenue for employers such as yourself, and potentially improving employee retention and job satisfaction.

To learn more about HIP Link, visit our frequently asked questions section or check out these additional resources, or click the link below to register online.
