Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Transition Waiver
Indiana's Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) has been given the authority by the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) to administer the Center for Medicaid Service (CMS) approved PRTF Transition Waiver. The Waiver application and the design of the service program have been jointly developed by DMHA and OMPP. All PRTF Transition Waiver services are provided according to the federal and state regulations and mandates set forth by the waiver and Medicaid. This section gives providers and families access to the policies and procedures set forth by DMHA and OMPP that govern the PRTF Transition Waiver.
