Dr. Donald Graber was appointed medical director of Richmond State Hospital on March 2nd of 2009. Dr Graber is a board certified psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience. He is committed to the provision of quality integrated psychiatric, addictions, medical care to our clients. Individual recovery and return to their respective communities is the goal of treatment.
