Blind and Visually Impaired Services (BVIS) provides state-wide assistance and services to enable the achievement of vocational and personal independence to the citizens of Indiana with blindness and visual impairment. Individuals may be referred by Vocational Rehabilitation or can be self referred to the following programs. To apply for all services please call Blind and Visually Impaired Services toll free 1-877-241-8144 or contact the local Vocational Rehabilitation Office in your county.
