Data Reports Changes: In 2004, the County Profile Reports (CPRs) were revised to improve data being reported and to include new data fields representative of federal focused monitoring. In addition to data reported for the state as a whole and for each county, Cluster Profiles were created to match the 14 new clusters. The initial revised reports were for the reporting period of 12/01/02-11/30/03 (before the counties actually clustered) and serve as a baseline for future reports. Clusters were reconfigured again in April 2006 and decreased from 14 to 9. Reports ending 6/30/2007 and after report data based on the new cluster configurations.
