The State of Indiana is establishing a new Medicaid program called the Behavioral and Primary Healthcare Coordination (BPHC) program. The BPHC program will provide eligible individuals with help managing and coordinating their behavioral and physical health needs and services. Enrollees will receive services from community mental health centers such as help scheduling appointments with doctors, coaching on communicating more effectively with doctors and following instructions on medications or other doctor recommendations. If you qualify for BPHC you will also be eligible to receive all medically necessary Medicaid services you qualify for.

The resources below have been prepared to further explain the Behavioral and Primary Healthcare Coordination program.
