IC 31-33-5 and IC 12-17.2-3.5 require child care staff and volunteers to report suspected child abuse and neglect. Failure to do so is a class B misdemeanor. The materials below contain important information for child care staff and volunteers, including a printable flyer that can be handed out to staff and volunteers and/or posted in a child care program.
