Two years ago, we embarked upon creating a "plan to plan" an initiative intended to improve Hoosiers' experiences in learning about and accessing long-term services and supports in Indiana. We received funding for a planning grant from the Administration for Community Living (ACL) to develop a plan to implement a No Wrong Door (NWD) system in Indiana. During those two years, we worked with many of you across the state, from consumers and providers to nursing facilities and hospitals and their trade associations. And we thank you for your input.
The NWD final draft plan is now available for your review. Take a look through it to learn about proposed steps to implement the NWD system, and share your thoughts with us before we submit the final plan to the ACL at the end of September 2016.

If you are interested in participating in the development of Indiana’s No Wrong Door system, you can attend stakeholder listening sessions held throughout the state over the next several months. A schedule of those events will be posted on this webpage and on FSSA calendar.

You can also reach out directly to No Wrong Door planning group members to offer suggestions; this group includes people from every division within the Family and Social Services Administration.
