Use this service to locate available Aging services located within a county and the surrounding area.
This is an Indiana map, divided into 16 colored regions. Select a county on the drop-down menu in the upper left or select a region on the state map. This links to a detailed colored local map with instructions:
“Use the scroll button on your mouse, or the “+” button on the map, to zoom in for more detail. To view other portions of a county, hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse in any direction. Return to the state map to select a different area.”
There is a key for “layers of services.” Each location is identified and if the user scrolls over, a window appears with contact information
- Apply for or check the status of my Medicaid (health coverage), SNAP (food assistance) or TANF (cash assistance) benefits.
- Find a quality child care provider in my local area.
- Learn about home and community-based supports for the elderly.
- Learn about job assistance for people with disabilities.
- Seek help for a mental health issue or a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction.
