Oversight Division Monitoring Schedule

WIA/TAA Monitoring Schedule PY 2007

Please keep in mind the following changes in procedures and requirements this year:

  • Monitoring this year will include WIA, TAA and SSI.
  • Please provide sufficient workspace for a team of 4-5 monitors.
  • Access to the Internet for the monitors will be required.
  • The exit will be scheduled during the visit. Depending on circumstances, a formal exit conference with all parties involved may not be possible, but detailed notes of findings and observations will be provided.
  • Each region will be asked (upon the receipt of the announcement letter) to provide the name, phone number and email address of a single contact person who will serve as the coordinator of the monitoring visit.
  • The monitoring team will visit Crowe Cizek in South Bend twice during the year to review pertinent documentation for Regions 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Visits to those regions will be conducted shortly thereafter.
