Mission Statement
The mission of IDWD Oversight is to help facilitate quality service delivery for WorkOne centers, Unemployment Insurance (UI) program, and other Workforce Development programs through prescribed monitoring and resolution methods.
Statement of Duty
IDWD Oversight seeks to ensure quality service through monitoring activities of grant recipients, sub-recipients, and UI programs for compliance with federal/state guidelines and/or legislation. Recommendations to help improve the quality of service are made to the respective areas based on monitoring and resolution evaluations.
