Maintain SIDES E-Response Account

A request to maintain your SIDES E-Response account must be verified with a Responsible Party as listed in Uplink Employer Self Service (ESS).  If you have not yet set up your ESS account, click here to register.  

Update email used for SIDES E-Response:

Click here to request an update to the email address used for SIDES E-Response.  Please include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Employer Name
  • FEIN
  • DWD State Unemployment Tax Account number
  • Name of the Responsible Party listed in ESS system you wish to verify the request
  • Name and phone number of person making request to update the email address

Lost or Forgotten PIN:

Click here to request your existing PIN.  Please include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Employer Name
  • FEIN
  • DWD State Unemployment Tax Account number
  • Name of the Responsible Party listed in ESS system you wish to receive the existing PIN
  • Name and phone number of person making request to recover the PIN

New PIN:

Pending requests for information sent through SIDES E-Response could be permanently deleted and/ or your account could be reverted back to paper notifications during the process of resetting a PIN.  A PIN reset should be requested only when there is reason to change your PIN.
