Policy Number Purpose
2005-28 To provide grant closeout instructions to Indiana Department of Workforce Development grant recipients so they can officially report expenditures for the period ending June 30, 2006.
2005-27 To explain that DWD will disburse funds to Indiana's workforce investment boards and eleven regional workforce boards, which are incorporated as of July 1, 2006
2005-26 To provide state policy concerning participant assessment and case management processes
2005-25 DWD is providing policy concerning the establishment and certification of boards overseeing workforce development services as of July 1, 2006.
2005-24 Workforce Investment Boards and Regional Workforce Boards will have websites, and they will be accessible through the Indiana Department of Workforce Development’s website.
2005-23 To provide guidance concerning which entities are required to use the DWD Electronic Case Management System
2005-22 Smoke-Free WorkOne Centers and Express Sites
2005-21 To announce the Program Year 2006 Workforce Investment Act Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth formula allocations
2005-20 Policy for distributing the Program Year 2006 Workforce Investment Act Title I-B Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth formula allocations
2005-19 Explains the process by which Indiana's eleven Regional Workforce Boards may appoint or hire a Board Secretary and the Secretary's duties
2005-18 Reiterates the parameters for awarding severance pay using federal funds
2005-17 To explain initial transition funding to IDWD's eleven Regional Workforce Boards
2005-16 Provides guidelines regarding competitive procurement of Regional Operators, Fiscal Agents and Service Providers for Indiana's workforce areas
