Regional Impact

The Innovating Indiana Strategic Skills Initiative began in August 2005. In September 2005, IDWD began awarding planning grants to each of the 11 Economic Growth Regions. Since that time, each region has submitted initial findings in the form of Skill Shortage Reports. Each of these reports and related announcements have been posted below. Additionally, the Root Causes reports and the Solutions Implementation reports are now available.
